| Instructions for Use (suction cupping therapy only): |
| The Cups easily adhere to any body point with the push of a finger. The more pressure applied on the cup, the more suction the cup provides. |
| 1. |
Apply a thin layer of moisturizer (or gel) to the skin on treatment area before use. |
| 2. |
Place the vacuum cup on the skin of the treatment area (fig. 1). |
| 3. |
Use your thumb to press the top of the vacuum cup, then release; the cup will adhere to the skin of the treatment area. Adjust the suction strength as required by the pressure of your thumb on the cup (fig. 2 & 3).. |

Press harder to create a strong suction, and more lightly for less suction. Now cupping massage therapy is occurring on the treatment area (fig. 4). It is recommended to use at least 2 cups per treatment. Limit application time to 15 minutes. |

When treatment is completed, squeeze the cup on both sides and the cup can be lifted easily from the skin of the treatment area (fig. 5). |

After treatment, clean the cups with damp cloth and dry them, then store them properly for future use. |

| Instructions for Use (suction cupping and T.E.N.S. therapies together): |
| Each cup can then be connected to any TENS pin lead wire for added point stimulation. No fire or hand pumps required. |

Apply a thin layer of moisturizer (or gel) to the skin on the treatment area before use. |

Attach the lead wire’s pin (male) connector to the vacuum cup for T.E.N.S. stimulation. Use two cups at the same time for + “positive” and – “negative” attachments (fig. 6 & 7). |

Place the vacuum cups on the skin of the treatment area (fig. 8). |
| 4. |
Use your thumb to press the top of the vacuum cup, then release; the cup will adhere to the skin of the treatment area. Adjust the suction strength as required by the pressure of your thumb on the cup (fig. 9 & 10). Press harder to create a strong suction, and more lightly for less suction. |

Connect the lead wires to the T.E.N.S. unit for electrical stimulation.
Adjust output intensity and pulse rate/width of the T.E.N.S. unit according to your treatment needs. |

Now cupping massage therapy and T.E.N.S. therapy are being applied simultaneously on the treatment area (fig. 11). Limit application time according to T.E.N.S. unit instructions.
When treatment completed, turn off the T.E.N.S. unit. Squeeze the cup on both sides and the cup can be lifted easily from the skin of the treatment area (fig. 12 & 13). |
