Upon plugging in your I-Spa, the “POWER” button
indicator light will illuminate. |
| 2. |
Press the “POWER” button on the controller. The temperature level display will show the default temperature at level 3 and the timer display at the right will show the default time of 5 minutes. |

Press the “START” button, which will illuminate its indicator light, signalling the FIR heating pads on the tent walls will begin heating. |

To adjust the temperature, choose from any of 5 levelsThe level can be changed any time with the Temperature Level Increase (“+”) and Decrease (“-”) Buttons . |

To adjust the heating duration time in increments of 5 minutes at a time, press the Time Increase (“+”) or Decrease (“-”) buttons , up to a total maximum time of 30 minutes. |

The “FOOT HEAT” button on the left will start the heating in the footpad to a comfortable temperature. |

When the timer counts down to 20 seconds, a beepwill sound three times to warn you to continue heating or to end the session. |

Plug Portable Far Infrared Home Sauna into electrical outlet. If an extension cord must be used, it should be less than 3 meters long. No other electrical appliances should be connected to the same extension cord. |

If using the Ionizer, Timer, and Ceramic Heater, set them up according to the instructions that come in the box. Ensure the Ceramic Heater is under the chair, rather than on the
foot pad. |

After sitting on folding chair inside the Portable Far Infrared Home Sauna, close the zipper all the way to the neck, and close the Velcro strap around the neck. |
| 4. |
Extend hands outside the sauna through the hand slots to set controls. |
| 5. |
Press the POWER button once to activate the Portable Far Infrared Home Sauna LED digital display in the display window. Press TIMER button to set for 10, 20 or 30 minutes. The timer will turn on the heater to produce FIR, and will automatically count down to 0 before shutting off power. |

Press the FOOT button to turn on the heating element to produce FIR heat on the foot pad. If the foot pad becomes too hot, move feet to the sides or press the FOOT button again to turn it off. |
| 7. |
Once a thorough sweat has been achieved, turn off the power from the Timer Control Box and cool down. |
| 8. |
Wipe off sweat from the chair and cushion and disconnect the Portable Far Infrared Home Sauna, for cleaning and storage. |
