| HOW TO USE THE SAUNA STEAMER: |
| 1. |
Connect the sauna to the steamer using the steam hose. The steam hose should be tight to prevent loss of steam. |
| 2. |
Fill the steamer with water up to the watermarker line. When using the sauna with aromatic oil, put one drop of aromatherapy oil in the water. When taking a herbal sauna, place a tea-bag of herbals into the water.. |
| 3. |
Insert the plug into a wall electrical outlet. The power indicator will light up. |
| 4. |
Turn the timer knob to desired time of usage. Usually 20-30 minutes per session is preferred. |
